Several suggestions I would LOVE

1. Bulletin Board Feature

Right now, any updates related to games, venue policies, Drawbridge changes, staffing, or anything else must be passed along person to person. This leads to inconsistencies and missed information.

If we had a centralized space within Drawbridge where management could post updates, it would go a long way. Even better—if staff could acknowledge they’ve read the post (by attaching their name or checking a box)—it would help confirm that everyone is on the same page.

Since all our staff already use Drawbridge, this would be a huge asset to us.

2. Custom Audio Cue Alerts

I deeply wish I could alert the gamemaster with a small audio cue when key objectives are completed.

If I had the ability to send a sound of my choosing to the gamemaster screen when selected puzzles finish, I could keep myself in the loop on multiple games while keeping the rest muted.

Example:
If I’m watching Seven Deadly Sins to help with the knife stab moment, and I hear a custom audio line like “Joker riddle completed” coming from Batman’s gamemaster window, I’d instantly know where we’re at in the other game—without needing to check. This would also be incredibly helpful for training new gamemasters.

Even better, if I could record and assign my own voice lines to specific triggers, I could create an alert like:

“Mona is working on the SOS—pay attention!”

That kind of audio would snap a distracted gamemaster right back into focus, even if they were chatting with a colleague.

3. Custom Game Start Sounds

Another big help: the ability to customize the sound that plays when a game starts—so it’s clearly different from a hint request.

For example:

“New game started in Mansion Murder—grab it!”

This would make it instantly obvious that someone needs to pick up the room, even without looking at the screen.

4. "Alert Host" Use Cases Across Games

We rely heavily on the “Alert Host” feature to cover moments that require manual intervention. It’s helped me personally gamemaster up to seven rooms at once with a high rate of success.

Here are examples where alerts are mission-critical:

Game-Specific Examples

🟣 Scooby-Doo: The Spooky Castle Adventure

  • Baron Puzzle:
The Baron sometimes fails to trigger. Players can’t proceed unless a gamemaster sees the attempt and activates it manually.
→ I use an alert to ping me the moment that puzzle is reached so I’m on standby.

🟡 Who Stole Mona?

  • Knockbox Puzzle:
It works, but we prefer to assist if players are close to improve pacing and experience.

  • Color Button Puzzle (post-SOS):
We intervene here to prevent damage—some guests slam the buttons hard.
→ An alert lets us step in at the right moment.

🔴 Mansion Murder

  • Portrait + Safe Sequence:
Sometimes the gamemaster misses the players opening the portrait and mistakenly assumes they’ve already opened the safe and moved on.
→ I set an alert when the portrait opens to catch that transition.

⚫ 7 Deadly Sins

  • Final Priest-Stab Sequence:
    This doesn’t trigger automatically—it requires a gamemaster.
→ I set an alert for when the skulls puzzle is complete so I know exactly when to jump in.

I sent all of the above in several emails to drawbridge, but I found this thread today and want to hopefully get some support or feedback on these ideas.
