Shift Reports- all employee ratings

When we go to make a shift report in the morning for the previous night’s closer, I would like to leave a review on that employee. When I get to the part where it wants me to leave a star rating for an employee, it only let’s me choose who is clocked in at that time. Can you make it so it shows all employees instead? So that I can choose the employee who closed the night before?
