Thumbs Up/Down Feedback Tool – Host Prep Indicator

I believe a simple thumbs up / thumbs down feature for gamemasters would be incredibly valuable in preventing low-scoring reviews.

• A thumbs up would signal that the group had a smooth, fun experience and is likely to leave positive feedback. The gamemaster could also leave a quick note explaining why they think the group would give a good review.

• A thumbs down would warn the host if something went wrong—such as a frustrated player, visible disappointment from failing to escape, or an issue with a reset or prop. Knowing this in advance would give the host a chance to adjust their approach, address concerns, or smooth things over before asking for a review, if not entirely avoiding asking for and receiving a one star review.

By giving hosts a better read on group mood while they’re running between rooms, this tool would reduce the risk of prompting unhappy players for Google reviews, make exits more natural, and help us capture positive feedback more strategically.
