Auto-Tuning Ahead/Behind Timer

The ahead/behind timer will now auto-tune objective lengths to the average objective duration from all successful sessions in the last 4 weeks.

This keeps the Ahead/Behind timer accurate to timing that is actually getting groups out of the room successfully without needing manual adjustments.

You can turn this on per game in settings. It’s in slightly different places depending on if you’re using Playbooks or other game control:

Daily Task Descriptions

Descriptions of Daily Tasks can now be found in the clipboard menu on the Nav Bar. These descriptions will still be visible on the Operations Dashboard page too.

A few updates to make Magic Moments easier to share automatically.

Easy Sharing

Customers can quickly download or share directly to socials from QR code

Automatic delivery of Magic Moments to customers, either through email or text (info autofilled from booking)

  • Can review clips for 15 minutes before sending them

  • When you turn on auto-texting of Magic Moments, you turn it on per game, not universally

Easy Opt Out of Magic Moments per group

  • After you start a game, the hosting summary form will have a toggle switch to turn off Magic Moments for a game. This means they won’t be sent any recordings for their game.

Playbook Integrations

MQTT:

  • Add support for MQTT in actions

    • Can update a topic with an execution or have a condition to check what a topic is set to

Zigbee Devices:

  • Show Zigbee device debug info in tooltip when hovering over the device name

  • Add indicator to Zigbee devices about link quality:

    • 200–255 (Excellent/Optimal): Highest reliability, minimal packet loss.

    • 150–200 (Good/Reliable): Good signal strength.

    • 100–150 (Acceptable/Flaky): May function well, but higher risk of occasional message loss.

    • < 100 (Problematic/Weak): Potential for high latency or device disconnection.

Bug Fixes/Small Updates:

  • Fixed issue where when a value was deleted from a multi select component, it couldn't be deselected

  • Refresh new point of sale bookings before sending to Discord webhook

    • Caused an issue where the wrong booking times/dates/prices were being sent to Discord

  • When creating Actions for a Playbook game, options are shown alphabetically

  • Employee Metrics will not show resets shorter than 75 seconds

  • Fix for audio playback issues with playbook games

  • Fix the hosting page showing currency symbol as paid with partial payments

  • Fix GM toolbar events list overflowing and breaking styling when event names are too long

  • Fix the Leaderboard page showing some games twice due to Kids Mode games

  • Fix issue with triggered device count not resetting
