Link Inventory feature to game props
We have many in-game items that are consumable by nature, or need to be replaced semi-regularly. For example: Printed sheets Padlocks Pens Torches USB sticks Magic wands At the moment we have most of these set up as inventory items. However when one needs to be replaced (either during a game or during the reset), the GM is logging it as a maintenance issue, manually adjusting the inventory count then marking the maintenance issue as fixed. This is a tedious workflow. It would be a big improvement if we could record inventory item usage directly from the GM screen to the game (in a similar way to a reset error or maintenance issue). There would be an icon at the bottom of the GM page (or a tab on the sidebar) for 'Inventory'. When selected, it would bring up all of the inventory items assigned to that game. The GM can then mark down which item(s) have been used, and how many of each one. They could also type a note (like "One of the UV torches broke" or "couldn't find the 4-digit padlock when resetting so put a new one in"). This would adjust the stock levels and create a log entry in Game Forensics in a single action. There would also be the added benefit of tracking how often game items are being replaced.

Enhancements to the feedback function
Allow GMs to add feedback without choosing an emotion (priority 1) This is a really critical one for us, at the moment our data is corrupt because the feedback often doesn’t fit neatly into one of the options so the GM chooses at random. Additionally, a nice-to-have would be the option to customise which emotions are available for GMs to select as a venue-level setting. Allow feedback to be retrospectively added to a game (via Game Forensics screen) (priority 2) For instance, if a team speaks with the host after their session, but another employee resets the room in the interim, we don’t have a way to record their feedback against the game. EG: during the game we noted “players seem to be struggling with puzzle X, they’re saying it’s hard to understand”. After the host speaks with them, we might add a further comment with explanation of what they were doing wrong, so that we can look to improve it in future It would also be useful for management to have the capability to add notes directly to a game when reviewing the game forensics. EG: if a reset error or maintenance issue occurred during the game and management have subsequently spoken to the group, we would add notes for future reference. Prompt GM for feedback in the post-game dialogue window (priority 3) Mythric has a field for comments which we made regular use of before Drawbridge. GMs would make helpful observations about the game. That source of data has dried up since there is now increased friction for them to record notes. Allow GMs to edit feedback previously added (priority 4) In case of error. Nice-to-have.

Greater control over when a booking is classed as an event
In our venue the £/$ total value of a booking is not necessarily relevant to whether we would class it as an event. We have some high value orders which are just normal games booked online, but some lower value ones that have booked refreshments or use of the function room. It would be useful to have greater control over what is classed as an event. For example certain ticket types would always be an event. Or even keeping it as is, add an event marker that can be manually toggled to control whether a booking is an event or not.

Additional discord notifications
The following notification types would be very helpful: Maintenance issue marked as fixed Employee late for shift Reset error logged Booking received for a session that begins within the next X hours

"Game down" maintenance issue should have a greater impact
If a issue with a “game down” severity level is logged this should prevent you from claiming or starting a game until it has been resolved. Should also flag clearly on the overview/hosting/GM screens. We had one that was resolved, but forgot to mark it as fixed. Only noticed after the game had finished. There is a risk that a game could be started without anyone realising there is a problem.

Ability to toggle description of tasks under the clipboard button
We have some tasks that have some long descriptions. This means with the descriptions on our clipboard/daily tasks button gets filled up really fast, it would be nice if we could choose to toggle these descriptions under this button on and off.

Prevent popups from concealing the cameras on the GM screen
I think this was previously mentioned by someone at one of the monthly zoom calls. The various popup dialogues on the GM screen (Maintenance, Reset error, feedback, custom hint, host messages) prevent the GM from being able to see the cameras, because the dialogue box is centred to the middle of the screen and because it applies a shading effect to the remainder of the screen when opened. My suggestion would be to have it open in the sidebar instead (as a tab, like objectives, log, audio, upcoming). Second best would be the option to drag the popup dialogue around the screen so that the GM can at least still see the cameras while typing. Likewise, when the host sends the GM a message, it covers the screen and applies the shading effect so they can’t see their game. It happened to me recently where I was the GM and was sent a message while I was in the middle of typing a custom hint. I quickly dismissed the message after a cursory glance to continue typing the hint because the players were waiting. I couldn’t find any way to retrieve the message so had to ask the host to send it again. So as with the other popups the same way my suggestion would be to put messages in a sidebar tab. They could still play the audio notification, and default to opening that tab when a message is received. Message history on this screen would also be really helpful.

Log that keeps track of Mythric disconnects
Could we have a log that keeps track of any Mythric server disconnects? Maybe the log could also keep track of how long each disconnect occured for? We have a couple of rooms that whenever Mythric disconnects for Drawbridge it seems to bring a whole laundry list of issues(hint button not working, DMX lighting not turning on, puzzles become irresponsive to manual triggers and to actual solves within the room). Having a log would be helpful to diagnose when these issues and occuring and hopefully help find out why as well.

"Show all" for user login - appear consistently
When logging in at the top right of the screen we have the option to click ‘show all’ for users who are not currently clocked in. Could this option be added in other places too? “Please log in to make changes” popup Host dropdown on hosting screen Host and Gamemaster selection on overview screen Gamemaster selection on GM screen “Reset by” dropdown on hosting and GM screens use case for this one is when a room was reset by an employee who has subsequently clocked out and forgotten to mark the game as reset

Rearrange tiles on Operations screen
Option within settings to drag & drop to change the display layout of the various tiles. This is so that we can move the ones that are most important to us to display more prominently, and hide any that are not in use.

Trigger things in the Device Tracking Feature?
Is it possible to add button functionality to the device tracking feature? I see the devices tracking feature in the settings of drawbridge. If I am understanding it correctly, it is designed to help gamemasters track the devices used in the current objective/puzzle. Is there any way we can add the ability for the gamemaster to click on that device and have the device trigger? If so, this can be used to prevent misclicking the wrong button on your screen.

Add hover-over descriptions to icons on overview and hosting pages
As a new user I’ve accidentally clicked the wrong button a number of times. My team have also been asking what icons mean as they are anxious not to break anything! A few examples below:

Ability to edit and delete items on Handyman Punch List
The function to edit or delete a handman punch list item. Some scenarios I can see this being useful: A mistake has been made Duplicate entry Test/accidental entry Ultimately some further options would be great also, such as: merging timestamped comments adding photos/CCTV screenshots log a specific sub-location within a room set status (In Progress, Scheduled, Waiting on parts, etc) assign to a user Although maybe that strays too far towards building a full CMMS 😉 We previously used MaintainX so I might be spoilt

Could we add the ability to choose when a task expires so that it would show up on the expired tasks report and show the red exclamation point on drawbridge earlier?

Default the view to the integration that has already been setup
When opening the settings screen for Timekeeping & POS integrations, it would be great if you could default the view to whichever platform is already enabled, rather than first one on the list. I guess it’s unlikely that many venues will have more than one POS or Timekeeping system (with the exception of Groupon). It’s just a cosmetic improvement but I feel it would help to streamline the platform 🙂
