Custom task expiration times
Could we add the ability to choose when a task expires so that it would show up on the expired tasks report and show the red exclamation point on drawbridge earlier?
Remove reset log when running test games
When opening in morning. We are resetting games to turn them on after game shutdown night previous, and then doing a full start to test for any video/audio issues. and then resetting. Is there a way to not have to do game control/reset through drawbridge for a test. Then we have to make sure we are logged in as TEST and hit Room Reset on every single game. Which then also adds TEST to all leaderboard stats as well. Thanks!
Enhancements to the feedback function
Allow GMs to add feedback without choosing an emotion (priority 1) This is a really critical one for us, at the moment our data is corrupt because the feedback often doesn’t fit neatly into one of the options so the GM chooses at random. Additionally, a nice-to-have would be the option to customise which emotions are available for GMs to select as a venue-level setting. Allow feedback to be retrospectively added to a game (via Game Forensics screen) (priority 2) For instance, if a team speaks with the host after their session, but another employee resets the room in the interim, we don’t have a way to record their feedback against the game. EG: during the game we noted “players seem to be struggling with puzzle X, they’re saying it’s hard to understand”. After the host speaks with them, we might add a further comment with explanation of what they were doing wrong, so that we can look to improve it in future It would also be useful for management to have the capability to add notes directly to a game when reviewing the game forensics. EG: if a reset error or maintenance issue occurred during the game and management have subsequently spoken to the group, we would add notes for future reference. Prompt GM for feedback in the post-game dialogue window (priority 3) Mythric has a field for comments which we made regular use of before Drawbridge. GMs would make helpful observations about the game. That source of data has dried up since there is now increased friction for them to record notes. Allow GMs to edit feedback previously added (priority 4) In case of error. Nice-to-have.
Add true escape rate to metrics box
we don’t see the true escape rate (not adding time)
Homebase POS connection
Not sure if it’s possible to have a homebase POS connection to auto import all the revenue recorded. Helps us with seeing the payroll ratio on homebase
Give Maintenance Reports More Power?
We recently had a game-breaking issue with the crank handle in Lost City that required replacement. The following day's crew did not fully receive the information and believed the room was still playable, which could have resulted in a poor guest experience. I would like to propose two additions to the maintenance ticket system for issues marked as Game Breaking. Automatic Block-Out Option When a Game-Breaking maintenance ticket is created, a popup would ask: "Would you like to block open booking slots for this game?" The employee could select a duration, up to 72 hours. This would immediately prevent new reservations from being made while the issue is being repaired without requiring someone to separately update the schedule. Staff Acknowledgment While a Game-Breaking ticket remains active, staff attempting to host a game should receive a popup displaying the maintenance issue and be required to acknowledge it. This is especially important when reservations were already booked before the problem occurred. Those games may still need to be run, but the staff coming onto the next shift would immediately know about the issue and could prepare accordingly. Once the maintenance ticket is marked resolved, the warning would disappear and any remaining blocked availability could automatically reopen. The goal is to prevent a maintenance issue from becoming a guest-service issue simply because information did not make it from one shift to the next.
Intro before Magic Moments
Could we get ability to add an intro video to our magic moments? Just like show the logo and location name before the moment plays
Customizable Game Master Profiles?
I was speaking with my staff, and people are having mixed emotions when it comes to the new changes across the venue. I love the sound settings I have set up for the cameras. This allows the cameras to be at a dull roar until a sound related puzzle comes up, in which case it turns to maximum volume. A couple of members of my staff actively dislike the new change, because they are used to the volumes always maxing out when the camera is changed. I would like to ask that we can set up customized gamemaster profiles. A profile picture, preferred sound volumes, and maybe some other small features would be great. I also see a benefit to it when it comes to running our venue. I can set our Hosting TV to have reset sounds set to 100%, and have the same sounds for our Overview TV be muted. Thank you! Link Inventory feature to game props
We have many in-game items that are consumable by nature, or need to be replaced semi-regularly. For example: Printed sheets Padlocks Pens Torches USB sticks Magic wands At the moment we have most of these set up as inventory items. However when one needs to be replaced (either during a game or during the reset), the GM is logging it as a maintenance issue, manually adjusting the inventory count then marking the maintenance issue as fixed. This is a tedious workflow. It would be a big improvement if we could record inventory item usage directly from the GM screen to the game (in a similar way to a reset error or maintenance issue). There would be an icon at the bottom of the GM page (or a tab on the sidebar) for 'Inventory'. When selected, it would bring up all of the inventory items assigned to that game. The GM can then mark down which item(s) have been used, and how many of each one. They could also type a note (like "One of the UV torches broke" or "couldn't find the 4-digit padlock when resetting so put a new one in"). This would adjust the stock levels and create a log entry in Game Forensics in a single action. There would also be the added benefit of tracking how often game items are being replaced.
Greater control over when a booking is classed as an event
In our venue the £/$ total value of a booking is not necessarily relevant to whether we would class it as an event. We have some high value orders which are just normal games booked online, but some lower value ones that have booked refreshments or use of the function room. It would be useful to have greater control over what is classed as an event. For example certain ticket types would always be an event. Or even keeping it as is, add an event marker that can be manually toggled to control whether a booking is an event or not.

Manual Hint check off
The ability to complete hints manually to assist with autohint correct hint sending. Example, if people have already put up the magnets for the 10 in 1 frames, we can (if we want and have time) complete the hint that says to put them up. I see this beneficial during 1 person ops with a game about to get out and 2 more in. We can rely on auto hint more to send the correct hint for where the group is, giving us a little more buffer to be away from the GM computer
Several suggestions I would LOVE
1. Bulletin Board Feature Right now, any updates related to games, venue policies, Drawbridge changes, staffing, or anything else must be passed along person to person. This leads to inconsistencies and missed information. If we had a centralized space within Drawbridge where management could post updates, it would go a long way. Even better—if staff could acknowledge they’ve read the post (by attaching their name or checking a box)—it would help confirm that everyone is on the same page. Since all our staff already use Drawbridge, this would be a huge asset to us. 2. Custom Audio Cue Alerts I deeply wish I could alert the gamemaster with a small audio cue when key objectives are completed. If I had the ability to send a sound of my choosing to the gamemaster screen when selected puzzles finish, I could keep myself in the loop on multiple games while keeping the rest muted. Example: If I’m watching Seven Deadly Sins to help with the knife stab moment, and I hear a custom audio line like “Joker riddle completed” coming from Batman’s gamemaster window, I’d instantly know where we’re at in the other game—without needing to check. This would also be incredibly helpful for training new gamemasters. Even better, if I could record and assign my own voice lines to specific triggers, I could create an alert like: “Mona is working on the SOS—pay attention!” That kind of audio would snap a distracted gamemaster right back into focus, even if they were chatting with a colleague. 3. Custom Game Start Sounds Another big help: the ability to customize the sound that plays when a game starts—so it’s clearly different from a hint request. For example: “New game started in Mansion Murder—grab it!” This would make it instantly obvious that someone needs to pick up the room, even without looking at the screen. 4. "Alert Host" Use Cases Across Games We rely heavily on the “Alert Host” feature to cover moments that require manual intervention. It’s helped me personally gamemaster up to seven rooms at once with a high rate of success. Here are examples where alerts are mission-critical: Game-Specific Examples 🟣 Scooby-Doo: The Spooky Castle Adventure Baron Puzzle: The Baron sometimes fails to trigger. Players can’t proceed unless a gamemaster sees the attempt and activates it manually. → I use an alert to ping me the moment that puzzle is reached so I’m on standby. 🟡 Who Stole Mona? Knockbox Puzzle: It works, but we prefer to assist if players are close to improve pacing and experience. Color Button Puzzle (post-SOS): We intervene here to prevent damage—some guests slam the buttons hard. → An alert lets us step in at the right moment. 🔴 Mansion Murder Portrait + Safe Sequence: Sometimes the gamemaster misses the players opening the portrait and mistakenly assumes they’ve already opened the safe and moved on. → I set an alert when the portrait opens to catch that transition. ⚫ 7 Deadly Sins Final Priest-Stab Sequence: This doesn’t trigger automatically—it requires a gamemaster. → I set an alert for when the
One-off daily tasks
Could we add the ability to add tasks that do not repeat?
Kids mode symbol on host tickets
Can we put a kids mode symbol or wording on the ticket for kids mode games? There is no indication of it being a kids mode game on this page.
Accidental Event Triggering Prevention
It would be extremely helpful to have a lockout timer for gamemaster-controlled events in Drawbridge. Currently, the top-right section of the game interface contains event buttons that the gamemaster is expected to trigger at specific moments. Because there’s no safeguard against accidental clicks, it’s easy to trigger an event too early, which makes our venue hesitant to utilize this feature. If there were a configurable timer that temporarily disables specific event buttons until a set amount of time has passed, it would greatly reduce accidental misinputs. Ideally, this lockout would apply only to the top-right event buttons and would not affect the objective list, since that section of the interface is already designed to minimize accidental activations.
Camera volume maintainer
Keeps the same camera volume level when switching between cameras in the same room. We are using the mode where the primary camera is unmuted with selection into the primary slot. It defaults to full volume which when running a few games that are harder to hear, blasts us
Daily Tasks
Have a feature to break down and sort tasks into categories or lists ex. opening, closing, game room ect.
Hint pop-up
Game masters have brought up when watching 5+ games, the hint pop-up covering the cameras makes it harder to have quick reactions when needing to scan cameras across different games. Potentially offset or condense size of hint pop-up to at the very least be able to see the main camera of the room.
Ability to toggle description of tasks under the clipboard button
We have some tasks that have some long descriptions. This means with the descriptions on our clipboard/daily tasks button gets filled up really fast, it would be nice if we could choose to toggle these descriptions under this button on and off.
Log that keeps track of Mythric disconnects
Could we have a log that keeps track of any Mythric server disconnects? Maybe the log could also keep track of how long each disconnect occured for? We have a couple of rooms that whenever Mythric disconnects for Drawbridge it seems to bring a whole laundry list of issues(hint button not working, DMX lighting not turning on, puzzles become irresponsive to manual triggers and to actual solves within the room). Having a log would be helpful to diagnose when these issues and occuring and hopefully help find out why as well.
